Corpse Pose

I prepare for yoga by doing a Standing Meditation, followed by a Walking Meditation.

My Witness is always present.

To do the Corpse Pose, I lay on my back in the supine position.  The supine position is where the face, palms, and feet point upward.

I breathe deeply and extend the supine position noticing where I am tight And where I am weak.

Then I just be and let be.

When I am done, I bring my knees up and move into a seated position.  I take a few breaths and re-orientate myself before standing up.

The corpse pose is a great pose to find out if I am starting on a good foot.

Can I lay in the supine position or am I tight somewhere?

It is the perfect starting pose for yoga.
